Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between dududada ("we", "us", or "operator") and users ("you") of Salpim ("the App"), defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party.

Article 2 – Definitions

• "App" means the mobile application that photographs and analyzes ingredient labels and provides AI-powered ingredient explanations.
• "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the App.
• "Content" means all information provided by the operator within the App, including ingredient explanations, translation results, and summaries.

Article 3 – Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

These Terms take effect upon the first launch of the App. We may update these Terms as needed; changes will be communicated via in-app notice or the official website. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 4 – Services Provided

We provide the following services:

• Optical character recognition (OCR) and ingredient analysis of label images
• AI-powered multilingual ingredient explanations
• Ingredient library (favorites) management
• Personal allergy and dietary filter settings
• Daily ingredient summaries

Article 5 – Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use App content for commercial purposes without the operator's permission
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App (e.g. abnormal API calls, automated scraping)
• Access another user's account or provide false information
• Reverse-engineer the App or extract source code without authorization

Article 6 – Disclaimer Regarding AI Explanations

The ingredient explanations provided by the App are AI-generated reference information and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. For concerns about allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health conditions, please consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Article 7 – Account Management

The App may be used anonymously without an email address. If you link an email account, you are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time via the App's My Page section.

Article 8 – Paid Subscription Policy

• The App offers a monthly paid subscription plan ("Pro").
• Subscription payments are processed through Google Play and renew automatically on a monthly basis from the subscription start date.
• If you cancel your subscription, no further charges will occur from the next billing cycle. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
• To cancel, go to App → Plan Management → Cancel Subscription, which will redirect you to Google Play.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process direct refunds for Google Play purchases.
• We may change the price or benefits of the paid plan for service improvement or operational reasons, with advance notice.

Article 9 – Service Interruption

We may temporarily suspend the service for server maintenance, force majeure, or operational reasons. We will provide advance notice where possible; in urgent situations, notice may be given after the fact.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
